I mentioned here that I’ve been having trouble with my internet connection.
Being a nice guy I figured I’d check my own stuff out before I blamed my ISP. So, I’ve now bought a new cable modem, which failed to resolve the issue, and now a new router.
Didn’t work. It still drops out at random times. I can get anywhere between 8 and 45 minutes worth the service at a time.
So, I hit tech support again and now they admit there’s a problem in my area. Charter’s estimate on when it’s going to be fixed: Whenever.
Why am I paying full price for this shit?
Charter sucks dude.
