The only issue on that list that is brought up amongst the gun rights crowd is #4, the Lautenberg amendment. However, their argument against it skips around what Lautenberg actually says: It's not a random misdemeanor, it's Domestic Violence. I'm against it, but that has more to do with execution than the actual law. It would be interesting to see how Fred responds to this in hindsight. If he was forced to honestly speak about Lautenberg he'd either hang himself with the gun-rights crowd or gain a lot of street cred. Personally, I think he'd hang himself.
