The founder/owner used to be the head honcho over at Dan Wesson and now he’s making 1911′s and selling 1911 parts.
When I went shopping around for a guide rod to a 1911 I was a bit irked by the big guys like Ed Brown, Brownells, Midway, etc. They were all asking about $15 for a guide rod plus another $10 for shipping and handling.
Ten bucks to ship a 2 oz chunk of solid steel? Fuck that noise.
Fusion’s Ebay Store has them for sale at $9.95 plus $4.95 in shipping and handling. Sold.
