Low Light Shooting
Michael Bane has a post on a low light shooting experiment. The results aren’t too surprising. The test target represented an officer with a protective vest on with a white t-shirt poking out. In low light conditions the 6 average cops, when it comes to their shooting abilities, tended to hit in the white area.
Sounds normal. I often use plain paper plates as targets and find that my groups tighten up considerably when I place a good dot in the center.
