I took this one yesterday.
It’s getting uglier by the day, so I’ll make this my last picture. I figure it’s nothing to be worried about, just a little tissue damage that’s slowly fixing itself.

I had one almost that impressive on my inner thigh from a motocross related wreck. It might be worth getting checked out, I was told that a hematoma over a certain size was a risk for blood clots. Anyway, I hope it heals up quick and doesn’t give you too much trouble.
Did you say you were hit by a golf ball, or a golf cart?
I agree that you should get it checked out.

Dude - try “Arnica Montana” - an herbal supplement - to control and reduce swelling and inflammation from bruises. Plastic surgeons recommend it to reduce swelling.
A buddy smacked his thumb with a full hammer blow, and was all shocky and dazed. His wife (a nurse) shook out about ten of these little pills, and had him dissolve them under his tongue - he didn’t even lose the nail!.
