Your life, as you have known it, is no more. Instead, you’ve just signed on for the most rewarding position ever: Dad.

Dunno if she’s your first young’un, but it’s a helluva feeling to hear the first cry of a newborn baby and to hold them in your arms. It certainly puts things in perspective.

Eleanor……thank you for not naming her Tiffany or Britney or some other god-awful cutsie name.
